Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired, you may request a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery. You can return the product within 2 business days. Please submit an video of the item and its defects via email to sales@dmbsweet.com, along with your order details. Once approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Your amount will be credited within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
